Powerful Tool
They have monthly product townhall meetings, where they do a great job of explaining new features and how to use them. Klevu gives us an extremely efficient search feature.
It would be great if it were more affordable.

The support team is wonderful at Klevu. We were able to customize our entire search and merchandizing options for our specific business cases.
I really do not have a lot to dislike. I believe they are a bit more expensive than other providers but they are well worth the price.
