Have not been able to get this application to work or get support to correct the problem!! Not sure they have the support needed for the application.

The free version can't do anything at all that others can't. If you want only a fraction of the advertised features, you start with hundreds of euros. Ridiculous.
Thank you for taking the time out to provide feedback. We are sorry that you found limited functionality available in the free Micro plan. As you may have seen many similar apps also only have basic functionality covered in low or no cost plans, but Klevu customers typically see a 20x return on their investment because of the more advanced features unique to the Klevu Discovery Suite. I can see that you only had the Klevu app installed for a few minutes. I suggest taking a full free trial to see what the platform delivers for you.
