Incredibly useful. There is no better source of truth than your own customers and KNO does it in a clean and customizable way. And if you ever have questions, they're great at helping you figure out how to do what you want to do. Great tool!
Knocommerce has been a huge asset to our business in understanding what drives purchases from new and returning customers. The audience filter also enables us to understand how this differs from market to market, would recommend!

Customer service is excellent. Whenever I have questions, they respond immediately and work on the problem. Reporting/data exports could be improved in some ways.

We've tried several post purchase survey apps and KNO has been the the best by far. The team is extremely responsive and they're constantly rolling out new features.
