Best post-purchase survey tool we've tried! Also love how helpful their customer support is + the fact you can run surveys and attribute the responses to individual customers in Klaviyo. Powerful tool!
The feature in the paid plan is not working (Add survey answers as a tag to the order) . Customer support said "I have passed this along to our dev team, and it looks like they think that this feature needs to be rebuilt. I don't have an estimate as far as what that would look like"
As you are probably aware we've reached out to try to resolve this for you, so at this point I'll just respond here. :)
Landon and I discussed - this wasn't well worded, and for that we apologize.
What we were trying to communicate is that we're rebuilding the Shopify tagging integration, and it will be re-launching in March 2023. We don't have an exact date yet, but it's coming in March 2023.
If you'd like to try to resolve this, we'll be here to serve you.
