For our small brand, we knew that word of mouth was our strongest conversion channel but actually seeing the data from KnoCommerce has been really insightful. It’s been one week since we signed up with KnoCommerce for our post-purchase survey, and although it’s still early, we’ve had a great experience so far, especially with onboarding thanks to Sid. He walked me through setting up the post-purchase survey, connecting everything to Klaviyo, and shared additional helpful tips along the way. I’m also planning to meet with him for another session to set up a product recommendation quiz. Excited to see the results from both the survey and the quiz!
