We've tried several post purchase survey apps and KNO has been the the best by far. The team is extremely responsive and they're constantly rolling out new features. We were promised a full refund, as we decided not to continue with the trial. Customer support is non responsive. Would not recommend using this app to others. Empty promises. Stay away.
