Koin Cashback & Store Credit

Simple and easy to use and set up, the app is a really great surprise for marketing and offering cashback deals in a simple way. The only problem is that is too limited, you can't explore loyalty to customers and you can't set up campaigns to boost sales. The app issues store credit, but how you explore it? It's not clear for me yet.

I've been using Koin for about a month after finding out they use store credit to offer cashback or rewards.

I immediately started working with their team on features my store needed, such as generating cashback after order fulfillment instead of at purchase to account for product swaps or order edits, and making cashback available for POS store clients.

They have a great team that listens and collaborates on solutions for the store. I'm excited to continue working with Koin to promote customer loyalty.

Gostaria de deixar um comentário como melhoria. Poder configurar automação para vencimento do crédito. O Cliente recebe o "dinheiro de volta" mas tem um prazo para usá-lo.
