Just leaning into it and enjoying it so far, Wen has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL in the setup and implementation of many of the features that I need and has been supporting me for nearly 12 hours in just my first day. I have high hopes for this app and I see good things coming from it!!!
Update: It takes a learning curve and in the beginning it will be a little frustrating but Wen has been with me every step of the way (I think she works 24 hours a day, she is always available) and after days and days and guidance and non-stop perseverance, her and the developers have shown me that this app is a must have for a store my size. It has amazing maintenance and integration capabilities and has literally saved me and my team weeks of work. A must have app that shows more than alot of promise once you get to know it well.
I've had an issue with this app at first but once you learn how it works, it's fairly easy. Wen from customer service was helpful as well. I'm currently exploring the features of this app so I will know more with time.
This app is great and customer service is great they will help you right away am so glad they were able to help me set up the app in my store works perfect I would recommend it to everyone
I got to know about this app because I needed to bulk edit the pricing in my store. Was able to do this effectively and support was very responsive and helpful. So I would highly recommend this app to everyone who needs it!
Amazing support and some good people. The app needs to be in the number 1 spot for helping with price drops, sale, and manage discounts. Very quick and good support team.
