using the app is a little bit confusing and I think it needs better UI. However, Customer service is really fast and efficient. Raul Navarro is very very helpful and super polite. I am still in the beginning stages of using Koongo but so far so good.

Die App ist zwar nur auf Englisch und am Anfang etwas unübersichtlich der Support ist aber sehr engagiert einen zu unterstützen und die Probleme zu lösen.
Insgesamt kann ich die App trotzdem empfehlen und hoffe das es sie auch bald in deutscher Sprache geben wird.
Even though I was eventually not even able to set up my Bol.com store yet. Josep went above and beyond to help me set things up. They even offered me a new free trials once the actual shop is activated. Great service!

Helpful app. reply within 24 hours with good solution. koongo have all the attributes with different platforms, you can set up your listing very detail. Recommended!
Koongo has proven to be a useful, well structured service for our store.
The setup flow is simple and well structured. Support is excellent.
Most importantly, Koongo offers a wide variety of integrations, to major e-commerce platforms. We look forward to connecting our store to other major platforms with Koongo.
App works decent at first, requires some getting used to but has extensive runbooks in how to set things up. However, some runbooks just refer to contact support to set things up. We've sent multiple emails to support but had 0 response after 2 weeks.
Update: It seemed like there was a problem with their mail integration with zendesk. I was contacted by Raul and he is helping setting me up the last steps as we speak. Great service so far and would definitely recommend.

Thanks for the review. I’m sorry for any confusion. The app installation is just the beginning. Without proper app setup, the Koongo app has no functionality by itself. The online marketplace connections need to be set up and activated by the merchant to make the Koongo app functional.
I see there is no communication on Koongo support related to your store. I can offer you an app trial reset and assistance with a channel setup.

Sorry to inform that this App does not work at all. Koongo's services are very poor and the help was not effective. They respond only by email which will take times for them to respond. They are unable to help syncing my products and even incapable to figure out how to do it. I am very disappointed as my hope was to be able to connect my store with eBay and Amazon, manage my inventory loads etc... Their system failed and gave a lot of errors over and over again. No solutions and their systems are very confusing. The worst, they are very expensive. I deleted the App a week after installing. It was a total mess when testing the system. They sent confusing emails too me that did not give any real solutions on how to solve the issues. I had to try to figure out myself until I decided the App did not work at all. Do not install this App because it will not work and you have to try anything yourself with no real support from Koongo. I don't recommend their App to future users!!! Failed system...!

thanks for the review. I'm sorry for your negative experience. In general, Amazon and eBay integrations are quite demanding in terms of product data. I see from our internal communication that there were missing EAN codes for many of your products. EAN codes are mandatory for eBay and Amazon. The merchant should provide valid EAN codes for products that should be listed on Amazon or eBay. I'm sorry but Koongo is not able to help with product missing data.
In regards to pricing, Koongo uses a dynamic pricing model. The Koongo subscription is based on specific merchant needs. If you compare Koongo pricing with our competitors, I believe Koongo is one of the most affordable ones.
If you decide to give Koongo one more chance, we'll be happy to help you with channel integration.

We use the application on our two websites and we are very satisfied. Everything works as it should, clear interface and very fast and helpful support. I recommend.
Bad communication!! this is the only app for beslist.nl , so i have no choice, but liveapp does not work, and system is very complicated, and you must activate everything your selve. Respons is very late only by mail. We mentioned last week that we monday must go active /live, no reaction alle monday, send a message...and again 11,17 and still no response. We need info about FTP , we can not upload the feed and go live. Cost us money!
We used this app to connect Amazon, idealo.de with our shopify store and it's really great and super robust! You can easily create any custom fields you want and basically change the feeds to your exact needs. Saves a lot of time and money for stores with large catalogues. Their support is quite helpful too.
Best feed app in the game. Very responsive customer service, and Raul will help you customize everything that is possible within Koongo (Almost everything is possible). We have been using for multiple webshops, and everything is running really good, when you get to know the app. Highly suggest compared to other alternatives, that will cause you trouble and long respons times.

It was my first time dealing with a specialized product upload using an XML file for our new Spartoo channel. Carlos from Koongo was very helpful with the setup by guiding me with the more technical specifics in terms of labeling each our of attributes to comply with Spartoo's requirements. Very fast and clear responses that has helped up configure everything correctly. Thank you Carlos!
We use this app to make a connection between Shopify and our two (2) Bol.com stores (NL en BE). They helped me to organise our stock for FBB and FBM. Raul is very understanding and helpfull.

Strange it doesn't work for me. :( I installed the Bol.com version, then after that I've got directed to Koongo, and have it installed that. The Bol.com version disappeared from my apps. And, with the new version while it was installed to my store, I was unable to do anything at all.
In this case, it seems you installed the specific BOL app and the General Koongo app afterwards, the general app installation deactivated the former BOL app installed. We can take care of your integration and reset your Trial period. Can you please get in touch with us at team@koongo.com? Thanks!
Lousy application, you can't even install it. You will be asked to create an account, after creating your account you will need to add a store. When you choose shopify, it says again that you have to install the app, then click on install app, you will return to the login screen. I can't get the app installed. Been busy for hours this is really worthless. If the installation does not work, I do not want to know what can go wrong after the installation has been successful and the stores have been linked.

We like the flexibility of Koongo! Connecting with (dutch) Platforms is making our lives much easier. The most important goal was the proper synchronisation of stock.
We have run into some issues which were solved perfectly by the helpdesk. If possible I would have given them 6 stars ;-)

I used this software to sync with amazon it deleted all my variation on amazon. Beware do not use this app very bad customer service it took 24 hours for reply. Lost sales for second day
Thanks for your review. I'm sorry about the issue but it is not possible to adjust listing manually and automatically via API at the same time. The listing changes overwrite each other. Also, if your listings were adjusted manually in the past it was necessary to backup your Amazon listing before API connection adjustment.
I'm sorry but there was no 24-hour delay in reply, we started to help you to restore Amazon listing once the problem was reported, working on that also over the weekend.
We have had a lot of issues with product feeds in the past, but once we got started with Koongo everything has been running smooth. At first i found the app to be very pricy, but their great product combined with the fast and reliable support makes up for it.
I hope to see more work on the order sync in the future, and maybe some additional pricing options for the amount of orders. (Quite expensive on huge numbers of orders)

Koongo app easily creates feeds from shopify with accurate categorization/mapping to your channel(s) of choice. It is very easy to use with timely support if needed.
I really don't know what I would do without this APP. this app deserve 10 starts not just 5. that app is a must you would be crazy not to get this app. love it and made in heaven.

Pricing is lower than any competitor and the system works perfectly.

Poor help to set up this app! Why pay when you have to struggle to set it up? when I pay for a service I expect 99% of the problem solved, but with this up I feel like am putting 95% of work!!! I wouldnt recomend this app. Sorry guys.
When you offer a service to merchants like us make sure you have done all the hard work and charge all you want within reason. I give this 1/10.
Also when you list a contact number make sure you are available. I sens a chat and email message and offered to call using my phone or via Skype and was told we don't use Skype or make calls!

We do not offer support via Phone or Skype call, sorry for that. Regarding your submission issue, for Cdiscount you'll have to use their online seller interface and perform a bulk upload with the generated data feed file as we're not currently offering API connection with Cdiscount. For Priceministe, the same, you can use the generated data feed file to perform a bulk upload via the priceminister merchants interface too. We're working to extend the API connection to other channels, including Priceminister and Cdiscount.

Great app for so many channels! Support is fast and helpful. We can only recommend this app.
Just love this app. We use it for different sales channels like google shopping, fruugo and others. It's very flexible and easy to add an additional channel.
And the support is also fast and accurate. You just gotta have this.
Great app...I am using it 3 month, It is so nice to manage all channels from one place at no extra charge unlike others. Customer service is great, Recently I had trouble with listing and uploading products on Nextag. It was resolved very quick. Never regretted I got this app.
