Amazing support, great working app. Cheaper, but better than competitors we have tested.

Doenst work at all !
For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all !
I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly !
I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience !
Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties !
Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

We’ve always aimed to offer hands-on support and continuous assistance, responding promptly to your inquiries. Unfortunately, it seems we didn’t receive a response from you on several occasions.

Sin duda, la mejor aplicación para conectar mercados. Las personas de apoyo son realmente útiles, especialmente Raúl y Pavel. Actualización: He ido aumentando el número de canales/tiendas en los que vendo y siempre han sido de gran ayuda resolviendo rápidamente todos los fallos que he ido cometiendo.

La herramienta es muy potente y funciona muy bien. Tiene conexion a los mejores marketplaces. Pero sin duda lo mejor es el soporte, rápido y excelente. muy recomnedable.

L'application marche parfaitement avec Amazon. On avait juste un problème de reconnaissance des variantes de nos articles sur la marketplace d'Amazon : toutes s'affichaient en "neuf" au lieu de s'afficher en "neuf" ou "d'occasion". Le service d'assistance a réussi à reprogrammer ce qui devait l'être et enfin ! une application intermédiaire entre notre boutique Shopify et la marketplace d'Amazon fait le "job" à 100% sans que l'on ait à intervenir. Ça fait plaisir et ça fait gagner (beaucoup) de temps !

The terminology and UI from this app could be improved a lot. On a weekly basis i have to contact them in order to understand certain functionalities like 'Order Sync'. Also their documentation is missing important information what makes it a lot harder to setup your store with Koongo. Overall not that happy and considering other apps instead of Koongo.
