Koongo has helped us immensely with connecting to other marketplaces. They were always available for any questions, answered to all our calls when needed, and was very warm and friendly throughout the entire process. Great app for Czech market, carefree export for Heureka.cz. Fast and helpful customer support in English and Czech.
App works decent at first, requires some getting used to but has extensive runbooks in how to set things up. However, some runbooks just refer to contact support to set things up. We've sent multiple emails to support but had 0 response after 2 weeks.
Update: It seemed like there was a problem with their mail integration with zendesk. I was contacted by Raul and he is helping setting me up the last steps as we speak. Great service so far and would definitely recommend.
