Koongo offers many possibilities for managing marketplace integrations, but our recent experience with the bol integration was frustrating.
A repricer that was set to Monitoring Mode turned out to still block updates to our active offers due to MinimumPrice errors. As a result, an important change to our delivery promise was not correctly sent to bol. For a small business without its own IT department, hidden technical dependencies like this are extremely difficult to identify.
It also took some time before support focused on the actual issue. Eventually, Pavel identified the cause, disabled the repricer, and ensured that the synchronization worked correctly again. He certainly deserves credit for resolving the issue.
My main recommendation for Koongo is greater transparency. Features in Monitoring Mode should not block critical updates without a very clear warning. Issues that can affect seller performance or even the status of a marketplace account should be flagged proactively and much more visibly.
Koongo is a powerful platform with good technical support once the right issue is identified, but usability, transparency, and error reporting could be significantly improved for small businesses.
10/10 fast communication, good software
Tried there system and could not remove all the errors, so hired a freelancer and they still could not solve the problem. Did not get a trial and they took a months fee from us said they would refund our money then said no chance of A REFUND.
So would NOT recommend this system unless you want to waste money and time.

Koongo is the perfect solution for listing existing products on Amazon. The platform offers a wide range of filters, great flexibility for pricing strategies, and an overall smooth and intuitive workflow. I had previously tried other integrations like CedCommerce, LitCommerce, and Codisto, but Koongo is on a completely different level — truly another category.

Koongo has proven to be the ideal tool for managing and publishing my existing catalog on Amazon. The system provides extensive filtering options, excellent control over pricing rules, and a workflow that feels both efficient and reliable. Before switching to Koongo, I tested other apps such as CedCommerce, LitCommerce, and Codisto — none of them came close. Koongo truly stands in a higher league.

Amazon integrations are constantly evolving, so we keep adding new features and improvements to make even complex setups as straightforward as possible.
The terminology and UI from this app could be improved a lot. On a weekly basis i have to contact them in order to understand certain functionalities like 'Order Sync'. Also their documentation is missing important information what makes it a lot harder to setup your store with Koongo. Overall not that happy and considering other apps instead of Koongo.

L'application marche parfaitement avec Amazon. On avait juste un problème de reconnaissance des variantes de nos articles sur la marketplace d'Amazon : toutes s'affichaient en "neuf" au lieu de s'afficher en "neuf" ou "d'occasion". Le service d'assistance a réussi à reprogrammer ce qui devait l'être et enfin ! une application intermédiaire entre notre boutique Shopify et la marketplace d'Amazon fait le "job" à 100% sans que l'on ait à intervenir. Ça fait plaisir et ça fait gagner (beaucoup) de temps !

For each sale channel you need years to speak with customer support and they answer once daily and you must fix with them each channel which doesnt work at all !
I was use for years and I wrote over 1500+ emails with their customer and when we solve problem, new problem appear. This app change variants ad make them separated and system publish each variant separetly !
I used it for Wish and Amazon and this was horrible experience !
Also when Wish charged penalties, this app made me errors which costed me over 240$ in penalties !
Avoid this app at all ! I asked for refund and they didnt gave me it ! They present that Koongo has integration with marketplaces, but when you try it this doesnt work !

Koongo is currently one of the best integrators on the market. Their support, especially Raül is excellent and very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
