very poor support and not able to copy products from shopify store as well plz help here and imporve the app

In the description it says:
"Kopy is an app that allows you to copy easily products from *any store* to your store in 1 click."
and
"Copy & import products from *any store* in 1 click."
This is unfortunately not true. It should say "from any Shopify Shop".
Especially with the extremely short testing period of just one day, you will not have much time to discover that "error"...
So, unfortunately not suitable for us at all. Time waisted.

Hi! We don't have the feature to activate the inventory tracking yet, you could activate the inventory tracking if you go to Products > Select products > bulk edit > Columns > select Track quantity and Continue selling when out of stock > fill the checkbox and save.

It didn't work. I thought it works for everywebsite. I tried it didnt work. I immediately deleted. It doesnt copy products from any website.

Hi, I tried to cancel the subscription on the day I got it and I was told if I deleted the app it would stop the subscription but I got an email that the money was taken out. I would like my refund and the subscription to be cancelled as soon as possible.

Hello, that's correct, in order to cancel it you need to uninstall the app from your store and it will cancel the subscription to the app automatically.

Also, we've tried to refund you but seems like you haven't been charged yet, on Shopify you get charged every 30 days or when you reach a certain amount of money in your invoice, so please make sure that the invoice that you received isn't from us. We checked internally and we can confirm that you weren't charged yet.

We've tried to refund you but seems like you haven't been charged yet. Nul, nul et archi nul. Impossible d'utiliser l'application, gros bug, on me dit d'activer les cookies pour les utiliser, chose faite, mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Ne perdez pas votre temps à l'installer, allez plutôt voir chez les concurrents.

I used this app and after a while just doesn't work . 3 Emails for support no answer even after 2 weeks so i cant recommend
