One of the reasons customers love shopping at Amazon is the reviews, right? Well now we can offer the same value to customers on our own website. Plus potential customers find the questions & answers functionality helpful when deciding which product to order.
But the biggest reason this app gets 5 stars from us is the incredible customer support from the Kudobuzz team. They've gone the extra mile and helped us with everything from resolving a compatibility issue with Cloudflare to making UI improvements to the dashboard. Kudobuzz really knows how to impress their users!

This is a great app that makes it easy to add testimonials on your store. Their customer service is great as well! 5 stars.
Excellent. We have used other review apps however the help & support offered here is next to none. They have help me set up every step of the way and are keen to help!
When I first started with the App I had trouble getting it to sync some reviews. I shared this issue with Kudobuzz and they quickly got back to me and walked me through a step by step guide to get it fixed! It is working perfectly now and we LOVE the app! We have integrated all of our Facebook reviews onto our website and are very happy with it.
App has been installed for months now but have had technical issues with the Review request email. Many customers that placed orders months and even a year ago have received a review request email. Tried to resolve to no satisfaction and have deleted app because of negative impact on customer good will. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Same issue as Glitterhound. Installed the app, upgraded to subscription...got some help initially, seems good, but now I'm having trouble actually posting to social media. It's been a week since I last emailed for support. I want to love it....
Update a week later. I got one reply with a vague excuse, essentially "we're working on it", and no response to the other parts of the problem... Now today I try to publish a review on facebook, and get this message.

Update: So, it seems there were growing pains, with this app, but I stuck with them, and am quite pleased with how it's functioning now overall. There are still little issues that crop up occassionally, but they actually do follow through on complaints, even if it takes awhile sometimes (other times it's very quick). All in all, I'm glad I stayed, good value for the money. Love being able to post my reviews to social media.

I have been trying to contact support and they never respond. I want to like the app and I even upgraded to paid version. You would hope that for a paid service the customer service would support the investment. Very disappointing.
