Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

We use Kudobuzz to aggregate and publish reviews on our site. It's a fantastic app, and the customer support really stands out. The only time we ever had a problem with one of the app scripts, the app developer fixed it in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

WOW! That's all I gotta say! I installed the app yesterday (SUPER EASY!) and I woke up this morning to 6 reviews, a mix of products and website. Like seriously, I didn't even tell my customers about it yet, and BAM there they were. My favourite part is that it curates them all on one page, I don't have to collect, copy and paste, it just does it for me. This was the app I have been looking for to show my customers that we are a reputable business. So in short, it's free to start, so if you're not installing this app, then you might as well just throw your money out the door. Thanks!!!

We're in the process of changing over from a different review app and are very impressed with Kudobuzz so far. Even before we'd made the transition - Kena and the Kudobuzz team were eager and prompt in responding to any questions I had.

They provide a thorough service with a reasonable price and they've definitely been listening to what customers need. I would definitely recommend them as your review app provider.

When it works, it works really great. Customer service is quick to respond. Sadly there have been lots of outages lately. I don't want to have to change providers (too busy), but as soon as time allows I may have to.

Kudobuzz integrates neatly with Shopify and is a really easy way to get our customers' views on our products and respond to them. Their service is fantastic too.

I'm not technologically good and so I struggled. Abdul was amazing and set everything up for me just the way I needed it to be. Very appreciative of his time and now I have our customer testimonials on our store. Thanks :)
