Kudobuzz is such a great app, it allows me to create polished and professional reviews from my customers and seamlessly integrate them into my site.

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :)

Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. ...

The app is OK, if you can make it work without contacting tech support. My recent experience with the team has been dreadfully bad. The short version: my annual renewal failed because the app developer stores old/stale payment data, and doesn't provide any tools for customers to update it or even see it. Renewing the subscription requires getting sent a secret URL to a page that can't be accessed ...
