Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

We switched from Yopto to Kudobuzz and we haven't looked back. We switched because we were not willing to pay $600/month for features that you can get with Kudobuzz for $29.99/month.

The Kudobuzz team is absolutely amazing. We wanted to make sure we use their app for over a month before leaving our review.

Since they seem to be a newer company there are some small issues, but Cheryl and the rest of the team reply to emails within hours and issues are fixed within less than 1 business day.

Some of the features I hope they will add are for example the dynamic coupon option.
We have no doubt that Kudobuzz will offer all the same features as Yotpo for a fraction of the cost in the near future.

Keep it up Kudobuzz.

Works great! i have tried a few different review apps. and this one is the only one i have gotten to work consistently. Has a lot of great features! LOVE IT!

Mission critical app. Sometimes it's a little kludgy, And I think the interface could be better, but it WORKS very well. And the support is stellar... always there to fix and help.

if you have review etsy or any others e-commerce site , its good to start with this apps to your new site .

I'm really happy with the app. Love that I can approve the reviews before posting. The customer service response is very quick. Great app!

This app is excellent, gives a neat widget to display the reviews and also a full page for testimonials. Adding new reviews is pretty easy too.

And yes, the customer service was excellent the only time I needed it. Overall, an excellent utility.

We had some issues setting up the app but it was very quickly sorted out. Am very happy with being able to port over our Facebook reviews to our website, and we look forward to receiving lots of reviews soon!

Awesome support! My reviews from Etsy couldn't be pulled so I got in touch with support. Turned out Etsy had made some changes and Kudobuzz needed an update to be able to get the reviews. Within 24 hours they had updated the app and all of my reviews are now in. Most definitely recommend this one!
