Man, these guys are ON THEIR GAME!!! I'd give them 7 stars if I could!

Have dealt with customer service / ticket system maybe 3-4 times, and they have been AWESOME in resolving whatever issue I may have had, and QUICKLY!!

They've resolved 100% of my issues, and their app has really helped out our business...giving the "social proof" that customers feel assured by, prior to purchase.

They even helped me customize the app a bit for our store, and did an amazing job of doing so!

Thank you guys so much for great coding, and great service! If only other apps could be as efficient and proficient as these guys are!!!! 5-stars!!!

Not only a great app, but the support is first-class! I had a problem with some coding and the team at Kudobuzz (Cheryl and Selom) worked super-quick to get it all fixed in less than three minutes from start to finish. Complete stars!

A review of a review app! I started using the free version of this app a couple of years ago and thought it was terrific. Unfortunately, I reached the point of needing to upgrade to the $20/month to continue and I just couldn't afford that last year, so I had to uninstall. Today I decided to reinstall and bite the bullet because I believe having a quality app like this one is essential to online sales, but even more importantly because of the rapid, helpful response I always receive from Cheryl anytime I've had any personal issues with using this app in the past (no probs with the app whatsoever, just a learning curve), including today, while I was considering the upgrade. I'm thankful for this product and for the professional assistance available. I look forward to using this app to its full potential and to updating my review to include more information after using it longer.

Great app does exactly what it says. Automates most of the behind the scene process for you and motivates customers to write reviews. Pulls reviews from several areas and will post them within app to website and social outlets. Customer service is top notch fast responsive and friendly. Do yourself a favor upgrade to the paid version the annual discount is well worth it.

We just installed this app today and its functionalities are far better than the paid app I had before. Not only I was able to import reviews instantly from facebook & twitter, I can also add custom review from my email & websites. So far this app looks very promising and I am just waiting to try out the ``after purchase mail`` portion, hoping to get more reviews out of it. Great job !!!

App does what it says and the customer service is great too. Would recommend Kudobuzz as we've had more reviews than ever before (when we had no app in place to do so). Every store must have this type of app in today's e-commerce world!

Kenna and the Kudobuzz have created a truly wonderful app! It has helped us collect and display reviews on our products and added to the user experience on our site as a whole. All that and EASY TO USE! Honestly it does not take any skill to set this up. We should know. We had an issue this week where another app left some code after being uninstalled and that code prevented Kudobuzz from loading. I reached out to the Kudobuzz team and they we're able to go in to our site, isolate the rogue code, and fix it!!! Now we are back to running smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

I've been happy with this App! Cheryl is super responsive and will help with anything I need. We recently changed our template which wiped out our reviews. I panicked, but she quickly got them right back up. Thanks!

Wonderful way to generate more product sales and learn what products/features our customers like best. I'm sure to upgrade soon after getting dozens of great reviews, but the free service is an ideal way to start.
