Always satisfied with Kudobuzz. Their customer service is top notch. They really do go above and beyond to help me.

I had some issues and Chi from Kudobuzz help me with ALL of them! Her patience and excellence customer service helped calmed all my worries. She didn't rush me during my chat session with her but made sure that every question I had was answered. Thank you so much!

To get started, Kena helped us migrate 1000 reviews from our old site into Kudobuzz, painlessly and accurately. To help us grow, they helped us get rich snippets working for our reviews to show up on Google. Thank you!

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :)

Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. Facebook reviews (a very important part of our marketing)are no longer being displayed and they look like ads instead of reviews. I notified Cheryl on Aug 23. Received a response right away that the tech team would investigate. I again emailed one month later on Sept 22 and have received no response nor resolution to the problem. It is now 10-4 and I feel like Kudobuzz has abandoned us, yet they keep charging us. I can no longer recommend this company unless/until this issue is straightened out. I don't know what is causing such a drastic change in customer service, but it doesn't bode well for the future of this app. I sure hope they're not about to pull the plug on it.

(Original review)I have been using the paid version of this app for almost 2 years now and have found Cheryl to be quick to respond to issues and provide support. It is updated regularly and has been a great help in getting our customers to provide reviews.
Update 11-16-16 I continue have a great experience with this app, and receive magnificent support from Cheryl. It is one of the few apps that is REALLY worth its price.

Fantastic, fantastic support and a great product. We have a ton of testimonials on Facebook and were able to pull those into our site and make it look just like the site design - which was awesome. We don't have any product reviews yet but we have that installed now with the help of support and we look forward to having this important feature on our site - thanks KUDOBUZZ!

Cheryl was awesome! She responded quickly to my questions and installed app exactly where i wanted it. Thank you soo much! Wish you guys were on Googles list for review sites. That's the only thing I'd recommend to look into for improvement.

Great. It’s fairly effortless for customers to write reviews and for me to publish them. I get an email whenever a new review is written.
