Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

There is no admin panel to check settings, nothing since a few years now. Sometimes reviews come, often nothing is sent. Would like to change the app, but no way to export reviews.

set up for me on my store, and they were very helpful!

Great App. Automatically sending out emails has raised how many reviews I get by a great amount, and the it doesn't slow down your website for others to see the reviews, which is important to me.

I sent them a couple suggestions, and they replied promptly. One feature was in the works, and the other was being tested and ready to roll out.

I had been looking for a great review app - and I have found it! I just love how it can compile reviews on site, via an e-mail requesting a review that you can personalize or even from your social media accounts. I sent out an email right when I started to all my customers since launch (july) and I'm up to 19 5 star reviews with little effort. Not to mention the reviews have been inspiring for me!

Best customer service I have ever had. They kept working on solving my issues for an entire day and those stars under my products look great! They brought over my Etsy reviews. User interface is clunky/not intuitive and not mobile friendly.

Excellent app easy to install good customer service i will recommend it really helps.

Exactly what I was looking for. There's nothing more powerful than hearing the experience from other customers before you make a purchase. This app helps amplify testimonials.
Support is excellent as well!

Kudobuzz is awesome and the support is very responsive and hands on!

A few bugs but once you let support know they are on it which I really appreciate!

Don't waste your time with Yotpo its really bad.
