Don't waste your time with Yotpo its really bad.

I have just started using Kudobuzz and although I am not sure if the base plan has all that I need, I did receive excellent customer support throughout my trial and error process of publishing reviews. ie. one review had a spelling mistake that customer service had fixed for me so it would appear correctly once published, among other fixes that were so considerate. I recommend this app and their very helpful team.

This is fabulous app. Its have everything I need for customer review and it have amazing customer support and response. Highly recommended. Bravo!!

I have been very please with this review app. The thing I really like is that when reviews come through, they can be shared it directly to social media platforms to followers. I also had a question on repositioning of the icon. I received a very quick and accurate response. As important as reviews are in the e-commerce business, this is a great function to add to your website.
