Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

Really useful app, makes adding feedback and product reviews a breeze, much nicer than the testimonials page i tried to do myself! There are some great features here, well worth a try. I had a few initial problems but customer service was second to none, thanks Kena!

I had a very good service to implement coding and rich snippets on our webstore : I love the application, the widgets are amazing and I was also able to import reviews from our Facebook page !! Thumbs up :-)

It's like magic - customers now have a way to review our products/site easily, and they are doing so! You'd be surprised how many reviews you'll get from nice, automated emails.

It saves a ton of time, and being able to bring in reviews from other platforms (Facebook/Instagram) is priceless. Nothing was worse than directing our site users to Facebook for reviews (there's still a bunch of people who don't use FB)

App works great, is nice and unobtrusive, and the team is super quick to get back to you. It's not just a "good to have" app, it's now one of my top, essential Shopify apps.

They are simply superb at customer service. Had an issue migrating to version 2.0 and tagged a ticket. Realised much later that mails to my email account were bouncing and there was no way they could get in touch with me! So I thought. Till I get an offline chat message from my site from Cheryl from Kudobuzz!! That's how they reached me, went to my site, found an alternative way of reaching me and solved my issue. Now that's going beyond the ordinary!

Cheryl has been helpful with making sure our reviews look great on mobile. Overall, the app is very nice and lets us show our reviews from social media on our site!

Very reliable app and helpful support. Definitely recommended. Would be perfect to see a bit more improvements on the 'Test mail' function.

Kudobuzz is fantastic!! I just downloaded the app about 2 weeks ago and was able to immediately & easily connect to both my Facebook & Twitter page. This allowed me to not have to wait around for new reviews on my website, but instead I was able to pull from these platforms past reviews & post them directly on my site. Awesome!
