Application does the job, support team is great. However the overall app is very slow and lacks of customization.

Unable to load reviews from one channel on the free version. It says to upgrade when I haven't even added reviews from anywhere

Thank you for sharing your feedback. On our free plan, you're limited by the type of channels you can collect reviews from. You were getting the upgrade notice because the channel you wanted to connect was most likely a premium channel.

Cannot test the app, because i cannot switch the language to german manually. (please upgrade your plan) - With german customers, it is unprofessional to test the app on english.

I wanted to display reviews from other sites like amazon, ebay. Can't really use it so i deleted it

Seriously good app and helpful customer support.
Cheryl helped me to import custom reviews linking directly to my product which is exactly what I want to do.
Very good experience and highly recommend.
