This App is super easy to use! It is a great way of getting customer´s and fan´s opinions out there, all in the same place (in our case, our Shopify store). I would recommend this App to anyone looking for an easy, no-fuss way of getting all your feedback looking professional on your site.The team are helpful too!

I cannot say enough about the support I've received from Kudobuzz. No matter what time of day or day of the week, I got an almost instantaneous response *and fix* to the problem I encountered. I am very, very happy. Highly recommend.

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :)
Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. Facebook reviews (a very important part of our marketing)are no longer being displayed and they look like ads instead of reviews. I notified Cheryl on Aug 23. Received a response right away that the tech team would investigate. I again emailed one month later on Sept 22 and have received no response nor resolution to the problem. It is now 10-4 and I feel like Kudobuzz has abandoned us, yet they keep charging us. I can no longer recommend this company unless/until this issue is straightened out. I don't know what is causing such a drastic change in customer service, but it doesn't bode well for the future of this app. I sure hope they're not about to pull the plug on it.
(Original review)I have been using the paid version of this app for almost 2 years now and have found Cheryl to be quick to respond to issues and provide support. It is updated regularly and has been a great help in getting our customers to provide reviews.
Update 11-16-16 I continue have a great experience with this app, and receive magnificent support from Cheryl. It is one of the few apps that is REALLY worth its price.
