Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

I have used the app to link reviews between my Etsy and Shopify. I found it helpful to automatically email customers and receive more reviews. I like it.

Really easy to manage app for a not so much tech person. Comes with a great customer support. I would recommend it to anyone.

The app is a great addition to our site. Cheryl in particular has been a huge help. She's not only responsive, but helpful in making suggestions and providing ideas to improve our user experience.

THEY said it couldn't be done. My wants were too "out of the box", too far from the norm. THEY were right. Impossible job for a non-techy like me; a baby who never spoke "social media". But Lovell at Kudobuzz provided professional and most important, PATIENT support. Lovell changed "too hard" into "too easy". What was "out of the box" became "out of the park". I'm not sure how you say "I'm a happy camper" in social media speak but us old school types say "You done darn good - Thank You Very Much!

Kudobuzz has contacted me personally after I was getting frustrated. The app is continuously improving and their responsive customer service is why I will still consider Kudobuzz.

This is a great app for collecting reviews from a lot of different places, and for allowing people to review your shop in general, not just specific products. Abdul was very helpful with the set-up process, and the tutorials are very easy to follow!
