I had trouble importing my reviews from Etsy to Shopify, so I was happy with their customer service. They were fast and helpful.

I had been looking for a great review app - and I have found it! I just love how it can compile reviews on site, via an e-mail requesting a review that you can personalize or even from your social media accounts. I sent out an email right when I started to all my customers since launch (july) and I'm up to 19 5 star reviews with little effort. Not to mention the reviews have been inspiring for me!

Best customer service I have ever had. They kept working on solving my issues for an entire day and those stars under my products look great! They brought over my Etsy reviews. User interface is clunky/not intuitive and not mobile friendly.

Excellent app easy to install good customer service i will recommend it really helps.

Exactly what I was looking for. There's nothing more powerful than hearing the experience from other customers before you make a purchase. This app helps amplify testimonials.

Don't waste your time with Yotpo its really bad.

I have just started using Kudobuzz and although I am not sure if the base plan has all that I need, I did receive excellent customer support throughout my trial and error process of publishing reviews. ie. one review had a spelling mistake that customer service had fixed for me so it would appear correctly once published, among other fixes that were so considerate. I recommend this app and their very helpful team.
