The Kudobuzz customer service is amazing. I've done edits to two separate themes that effected the way Kudobuzz showed on my site. When I contacted them, they were so fast to respond, and they even went as far as fixing code on my site for me to help me with the issues I was having! They also send super helpful emails about ways to improve SEO and more. I love the social media integration and basically everything about this app. We've been with them for almost a year, and we're in for the long haul!

Amazing customer service! I e-mailed the company with a question about installation on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear back by Monday. I got an answer within 5 minutes. The rep explained everything to me and even took over the installation for me instantly. I couldn't believe the quality of customer service from a free app.

I compared a lot of the review apps and this one seems to be the only one that has all the features I'm looking for. Just started playing around with it and so far it looks and works great.

Best review app on shopify. Very easy to implement into your store and you can choose the way the reviews are viewed such as a slideshow. You can approve reviews before they are posted to your page to avoid spam or reviews from people who did not buy your product and are just there to leave a bad review.

Simple to apply, looks great and the customer service is excellent.

I feel like we put Kudobuzz around the ringer. We were putting this app on our US and AUS stores and somehow we got triple duplicate reviews. Naana from Kudobuzz was kind enough to work through the entire problem. It took a while, but it was a mess. I really appreciate their help for getting it situated! Great app, great support!
