Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

Kudobuzz has contacted me personally after I was getting frustrated. The app is continuously improving and their responsive customer service is why I will still consider Kudobuzz.

This is a great app for collecting reviews from a lot of different places, and for allowing people to review your shop in general, not just specific products. Abdul was very helpful with the set-up process, and the tutorials are very easy to follow!

I am very pleased with Kudobuzz's customer service. I give it a five-star rating because their customer service rep helped me migrate to the new version and resolve the technical glitches in a very prompt and courteous manner, despite the fact that I am not very technically savvy. This contrasts with a lot of services nowadays that are impersonal or down right non-responsive. I have not tested other testimonial apps but am quite pleased with the way it shows up on my site. Thank you, Kudobuzz!

We made the transition to Kudobuzz because the service on our last review platform was insufficient and almost entirely absent. Even though this platform claimed to be customizable and interactive, we could not get a hold of a representative to help us engage with the features for which we were paying.

After much thought and research, we went with Kudobuzz. Kudobuzz allowed us to import our old reviews, which saved us so much time. Additionally, Cheryl was supportive throughout each step of the process and provided frequent insight into best practices and next steps.

My favorite feature is the ability to collect reviews on our individual products as well as general business practices. Sometimes, customers have things to say that may not relate to product X. Kudobuzz gives customer a place to communicate these thoughts, and for that we are thankful.

Kena is amazing, what great customer service! I had originally installed Yotpo as my review app but wanted something with a more updated design to match the look & feel of my website and still offer all of the features that Yotpo does. I was worried about the two conflicting and he just went in there and took care of everything for me, very impressed with him! On top of that Kudobuzz is awesome, I love this app. Its clean, sleek, tons of great features and customization options. A+, definitely recommend!!

It's a little confusing to get around the app, at first. It doesn't feel intuitive on the back end, as far as how the menu items are laid out. Otherwise, the app works great! Automated sharing on Facebook, testimonials page, basic customization... Once it's set up, it basically runs itself, no second thoughts. Also, customer service was great. We had an issue where the rating at the top of the testimonials page was showing 1 star, rather than our actual review average. Contacted customer service, immediate automated response so I knew they got my e-mail, personal response within 24 hours to let me know they were looking into it, and the issue was fixed within 48 hours after that. Good to go.

I love that I am able to combine all my reviews into one location and even collect new reviews and the app is free, which is much appreciated!!!

a great app that allows for social proof delivered from other platforms that can be trusted ( you cannot delete these reviews, edit them or fake them ). This allows customers to trust the app and in the long term build brand trust.

The team also is very helpful for integration issues and we were up and running within one day.
