Kudobuzz Product Reviews & UGC

Have been using this app for more then a year. It is been updating reviews daily. It doesn't slow down your site with this app installed. Customer service will also help you with Widgets. It is user friendly and straight forward. Worth to pay for a plan.

Lovely app. I am getting reviews on my store as well as my products. I liked this app best because people can review your shop and their service....not just the product they bought. I also love that emails go out to people after they purchase....making it super easy for them to leave a review. And perhaps the best thing about this app is its FREE....which makes it perfect. Highly recommend!

Update, I recently upgraded to the dinner plan and I am enjoying lots of new benefits....like Google rich snippets.....love that one. I have found the support staff to be really great. They are always quick to respond and will work very hard to help.

The app is wonderful and the support is quick, very responsive, and great. Always willing to help with difficult jobs like adding some code to the theme.
Also, get my reviews from other sources. Highly recommended

Update 11/26/14: Support is very responsive. Handled my request in less than a day. Email response in minutes.

I would highly recommend Kudobuzz app. The Kudobuzz team goes beyond regular customer service and exceeds all expectations. They respond quickly to any inquires, have made updates to my store, have improved the product upon request. It is great. As for the app, it integrates great into my store, has a ton of features (which I haven't even totally taken advantage of) and it hasn't crashed on me.

AWESOME app + AWESOME customer service! Easy, works great and looks great. Started with the free version but will upgrade soon for more features (though the free version is TOP NOTCH). Thanks Kudobuzz!

Cheryl has been helpful with making sure our reviews look great on mobile. Overall, the app is very nice and lets us show our reviews from social media on our site!
