Fabulous Customer Service! Great app!

This APP is perfect from the big review button that appears on the side of the website an amazing "call to action" for customers, ease of use very little maintenance it just works... they provide over the top customer support fast ...very fast responses.

Great app. Looks good on our site, subtle and unobtrusive but still easy to access. Customer support is brilliant too. I've only had to get in touch a couple of times but never had to wait long for a reply. Really appreciate the help from Cheryl. Nice work!

Just used the new version of the app and its great, needed some help on integrating rich snippets and Kena had it sorted in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend.

Kenna and the Kudobuzz have created a truly wonderful app! It has helped us collect and display reviews on our products and added to the user experience on our site as a whole. All that and EASY TO USE! Honestly it does not take any skill to set this up. We should know. We had an issue this week where another app left some code after being uninstalled and that code prevented Kudobuzz from loading. I reached out to the Kudobuzz team and they we're able to go in to our site, isolate the rogue code, and fix it!!! Now we are back to running smoothly and we couldn't be happier.

A wonderful application and the customer service is top notch. They always respond quickly to any questions or concerns and are eager to hear any suggestions. Many display options depending on your mobile/desktop needs as well as what kind of reviews you want to collect. We currently just use it to create a testimonial page, but once setup it just goes on auto pilot and allows to manage/display reviews easily!

best review app for shopify so far. review button looks cool but it takes awhile to load. keep it up.

App does what it says and the customer service is great too. Would recommend Kudobuzz as we've had more reviews than ever before (when we had no app in place to do so). Every store must have this type of app in today's e-commerce world!
