My only review app, love the widget on the home screen showing the reviews that matters. Simple and Clean.
This is a great app that does more than your regular review app. Even better is their customer service; I really wasn't expecting my query to be answered, let alone resolved in the short space of time it took. Definitely recommend.
Love the app, very easy to navigate and get running in my shop! Only issue is that I wish the "Product Review" Email form was a bit more modern looking. Looks a little dated for my liking. But overall its an amazing app and it truly helps alot.
Amazing customer service support! Great app to have :) However I gave 4 stars because, unless you upgrade to a paid plan, you cannot stop an automatic after-purchase Kudobuzz email from being sent to a customer that has already left a review. This risks annoying the customer. It seems like something minor enough to include in the free plan. Especially when it involves what gets sent to your customers and the impression it makes on your store. This should be in the owners' control and not that of Kudobuzz. Hopefully this little feature changes in the future! Otherwise, I recommend this app :)

I'm using this app to publish customer reviews from Etsy onto my Shopify store. Pretty neat app!

Consider the very first marketplace in the name of the app is Etsy, you would think that you would be able to import Etsy reviews. Instead the only free 'marketplace' you can import reviews from is Facebook. Hardly a marketplace that any business really collects reviews from.
To get access to marketplaces you have to pay a ridiculous $19.99 a month. Completely ridiculous.

There are several other features that come along with the $19.99 pricing including the ability to add photo reviews, enable Google Rich Snippets, Campaigns feature in soliciting reviews, coupons, just to mention a few. Additionally, you're able to connect other social channels apart from Etsy like Google, Amazon and Yelp.

The app is a little confusing at first. Upgrading my plan seems a bit high but will see if it brings more sales. Customer service is great!
So far so good. Cheryl was very helpful in installing this app. We'll see how the post sale email works in a few days.
The app does great work for Reviews. I needed a bit help from customer support, which I got - 100% and in a short time! Recommend to anyone!
