Best review app on shopify. Very easy to implement into your store and you can choose the way the reviews are viewed such as a slideshow. You can approve reviews before they are posted to your page to avoid spam or reviews from people who did not buy your product and are just there to leave a bad review.

I feel like we put Kudobuzz around the ringer. We were putting this app on our US and AUS stores and somehow we got triple duplicate reviews. Naana from Kudobuzz was kind enough to work through the entire problem. It took a while, but it was a mess. I really appreciate their help for getting it situated! Great app, great support!

They have a hands on customer support team which is nice. They will help you with resolving any issues. The cost is very reasonable compared to other review apps. There are some minor bugs here and there, but it seems as though they are working to resolve them and will offer any assistance needed. If you are looking for a way to grow your online credibility at a fraction of the cost, this app is worth the consideration.

Absolutely THE best app I have added to my Shopify store. From the ease of sending out requests for Kudos to the Dashboard's WIDE array of personalizing options so you can really make this addition perfectly fit the flow of your site!!! Amazing customer service! Amazing! Seriously. Love this app's ability to allow you to shift reviews around so the same ones aren't popping up with each visit to your page--how cool! Too many little details to list here-->so just let me say, if you're wondering if you should--don't! Just click that GET APP button there at the top! You'll be SO SO happy you did!!

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :)

Edited 10-4-17 Downgrading my review. After several happy years with this app, problems arose in Aug of 2017 that are not being dealt with. Facebook reviews (a very important part of our marketing)are no longer being displayed and they look like ads instead of reviews. I notified Cheryl on Aug 23. Received a response right away that the tech team would investigate. I again emailed one month later on Sept 22 and have received no response nor resolution to the problem. It is now 10-4 and I feel like Kudobuzz has abandoned us, yet they keep charging us. I can no longer recommend this company unless/until this issue is straightened out. I don't know what is causing such a drastic change in customer service, but it doesn't bode well for the future of this app. I sure hope they're not about to pull the plug on it.

(Original review)I have been using the paid version of this app for almost 2 years now and have found Cheryl to be quick to respond to issues and provide support. It is updated regularly and has been a great help in getting our customers to provide reviews.
Update 11-16-16 I continue have a great experience with this app, and receive magnificent support from Cheryl. It is one of the few apps that is REALLY worth its price.
