For starters, the team is responsive which makes the set-up process easier.
Upon launch, we started seeing good results from our abandoned cart recovery campaign. It honestly took under 30 minutes to set-up. Some issues to fix but the team got back quick.

Fast forward to now, about 2-3 weeks in and we're still seeing such good ROI from this set-and-forget campaign. I particularly love the fact that you can segment the campaign according to cart value, and I'm looking forward to the launch of even more helpful segmentation criteria.
