Out of the box, it's incredibly helpful to be able to see customer communication and Shopify order information all in one timeline for each customer. We've also done a number of other integrations with Kustomer with our own platforms and leveraged the Shopify data there as well, as it's allowed us to be able to deliver unique customer experiences. You need eng resources to implement, but love the flexibility and customizable environment that Kustomer provides.
