Kustomer integrates well with Shopify. All order info comes through to the customer's timeline and allows us to easily see order history. We have had kustomer integrated with Shopify for a few years and have never had any data syncing issues. We also are able to funnel specific orders from Shopify to specific fulfillment channels within our organization, giving our customers a better experience.
We've been using Kustomer for years, and it's very easy to connect all our data and provide it to our agents on one screen. That's incredibly simple, the way our agents can handle cases and customer behavior/information.
Kustomer keeps things running smoothly. I can see all the Shopify order info, process refunds, check past conversations, and keep everything organized. No more jumping between a bunch of tabs. It also pulls in emails, chats, and social messages, which is super helpful. It’s easy to customize and their support team has been great.
