Kwantify Contact Manager provides Shopify retailers with a full featured contact management tool to capture and process customer inquiries received from their Shopify storefront. Once installed a convenient support tab is embedded on either the left or right side of the store, this tab launches an easy to use contact form for your customers to contact you with their inquiry.
When the contact form is submitted by the customer a support case is created and a confirmation email is sent to the customer notifying them of the successful submission as well as a notification email to the defined support email that lets you know you have a new inquiry with a link to the Contact Management Dashboard for review and processing by your support team.
