Kwik COD ‑ Cash on Delivery

Really love the support we got specifically on COD features which has really helped us improve our checkout journey while improving important metrics like increasing our prepaid order count while reducing our RTO count.
Kudos to their team for proactively navigating us through all their important features. will highly recommend.

Good to talk to Mr Arora , Helped me lot to set up the App .
But the actual app - CHeckout is very costly (2.5 % fees) .
The CASH on delivery is free for 1000 order , but in the setting showing 2% fees .
There should be no Prepaid now button in the final check out box .

Just switched from COD King app to Kwik COD. I think i messed up the onboarding configurations myself. I then reached out to support and Manshi from the Kwik team was super at providing clear cut solutions and being very prompt.

Great service, quick turnaround from technical team and very patient support person.
Also when I uninstalled the app thinking it is not working after many trials, I got a call from another team personnel asking for reason and telling me if any issues I can directly escalate to her.
So I think they are really working to be a full fledged COD app.
