Can't even process further due to bank name. I have shared all relevant documents and chasing the team to rectify and clear my issue to verify kyc. Its just taking time
Integration experience is good and smooth. The testing was done properly. It works better than other paid apps. The Integration manger Deepak helped me get onboard seamlessly.

there software are helpful for secure payments, and they many features to filter out the high risk customer when they opt for COD, you can set partial payments for only high risk customer, you can get customers to verify with otp before placing COD order, They really helps in getting low RTO

After setting up, when customer is clicking on BUY button, a white screen is appearing. When I make the support agent understand the problem he told me to raise the concern with another team and he cannot do anything not even transfer the query. Very unsatisfied, wasted by 2 days of operation for this app.
