Extremely disappointing experience.
We onboarded Kwikengage for a very specific use-case, but the platform failed to deliver on its core promise. Phone numbers were masked without any notice, disrupting our operations overnight. No resolution, no accountability — just follow-up calls to retain the account. Not a reliable partner for serious businesses.

The integration process was smooth, with minimal downtime, and the checkout experience, particularly for COD orders, has improved significantly. The GoKwik support team was responsive and helpful during setup. However, we noticed occasional delays in real-time order sync, and more detailed documentation or training sessions would help us utilize advanced features effectively. Overall, we are satisfied with the onboarding process and believe GoKwik will positively impact our conversions and customer experience.
