Very bad service experience. Their charges are much higher compared to other WhatsApp API providers, claiming to offer “premium support,” but in reality, there’s no proper assistance. Every time you reach out, they just say “email the team” — and even then, no proper solution is provided. No call support, no timely response, and overall very poor service quality. Not recommended at all.

Extremely disappointing experience.
We onboarded Kwikengage for a very specific use-case, but the platform failed to deliver on its core promise. Phone numbers were masked without any notice, disrupting our operations overnight. No resolution, no accountability — just follow-up calls to retain the account. Not a reliable partner for serious businesses.
