Customer service is slow.. but you can at least talk with an actual human.. The down side is, the human's have zero clue of how their software actually works, or that is how it seems.

My "account rep" is nice, but again... has zero clue as to how to remedy my issues.

The software is very very slow.. this actually takes us about 3x's as long to create a label than what we were experiencing with what I thought was a horrible program.. That horribleness is definitely being challenged at this time as LABL may get the new prize for that title.

After using other platforms switching to Smartshyp was the best decision we made. The ability to customize the platform and the record breaking time it takes to queue orders has been an invaluable tool to us. Hands on customer service and very easy to integrate different stores is a huge bonus. Their name says it all. You will work smarter not harder.

I started my small business 1.5 years ago and chose Smartshyp as my shipping app and haven't had any issues! I am so lucky that I found them and have used them since day one, as my store grows so do my shipments and its been great to have them there to help with anything.
