Hi guys, My experience with LAI has been good so far. The support team is really responsive and are able to quickly fix the things in the background that Im unable to figure out on my own. Thanks to Alena and Parker for your quick responses and friendly can do attitude.

Amazing app for managing all the reviews you need, but the real standout is their exceptional customer service. Parker helped me today with an issue and solved it in just a few minutes. Truly impressed!

I would recommend it to other because i had some problem with the import of amazon review to my store and Kim and Alena from customer support really help me, they even did the transfer for me from their side i didn't even need to do anything and all that in a question of minutes.
