They customized it as a kind gesture, even though I'm not on the plan that typically includes customizations. No questions asked, just genuine support. Lai Reviews has truly set the bar for customer service, and I’m so glad I made the switch!

Great but the greatest customer service ever and its an understatement cause I've never had a customer service representative help in this much for my problems. Especially Alena she's a lifesaver she's basically the Customer service God I was stuck with a problem with my store for hours and she fixed it for me in what ? a minute.

I definitely recommend LAI reviews app for your store not just for the app but for the support they provide you.
