I prefer this app rather than other apps (not going to mention), first, because it's cheaper and it gives you the same features as the other review apps have and the second is that their customer service is really helpful, she took extra lengths to help me with my problem and I'm so much happy for that! I used this app to import reviews to my shopify. It was extremely quick and easy to follow. When I had an issue I couldn't solve I contacted support and was able to chat with a live person who helped solve my problem within minutes. I'm very satisfied with this service and will be recommending to others! I also enjoyed the new Homepage review feature.

The developer and crew go above and beyond at midnight to help a Shopifyer remove malware code from their store from a leftover app. These folks are super nice.
