I have used plenty of review apps over the years, this one is by far the most user friendly, easiest and extremely flexible to use.

So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..

Very helpful and friendly customer support. Parker was able to help me with my website and widget design. I don't know how to use custom code, so Parker helped me out quickly and saved me a ton of time. 10/10!

Great support so far. They responded immediately via live chat, helped me with some custom code by adding the star ratings to my product cards, and helped me fix all the issues I had.
