I spoke with Emily and she was so helpful. There was no waiting time, and she sent me screenshots and provided me with even extra information to help me resolve my issue. communication between us was so clear and she was very patient, i didn't know what to expect as it is a chat box but i could tell Emily was on to it and looking for a solution the whole time.

This is super helpful and amazing app for those who have a great amazon presence and would want to integrate their amazon reviews to the e-commerce store. What's more the support team is extremely supportive, super fast, very helpful and pleasant, they reply within second and resolve all the app connected requirements you might have!
