Great support, good features and the starter plan is great if you are just starting out. Would recommend
I'm still exploring the app, but when I had a little issue when I installed it at first and reinstalled it, and right away. Had someone from their customer service reach out to me very quickly to check in and see if I needed any help.
I have tested many review apps but most of them did not meet my expectations. This app fits perfectly in my store, with minimal design and all the customization options I need. The import is super easy and fast. The support is great! Thanks a lot!

just got the app and onboarding team has been super helpful, stayed with me and walked me thru all the features. Dale (probably a pseudo) has been very patient and worked with me throughout. can't wait to see what it does for my conversion rate. app works good so far! would recommend

LAI product reviews has been so easy to install and use. They set it up the layout for me so quickly like a flash and the campaigns just run themselves. All I have to do is go in and approve and reply to the reviews. I was really blown away by the amount of help and knowledge I've experienced working with them. Jillian, in particular, has gone above and beyond her role, this was very refreshing. all-around great work by the team.

Probably the fastest and most effective support to help get what you need. I just wish Amazon allowed more than 100 review importing - pretty tedious but worth.
