Been using LAI across 3 stores now and have nothing but good experience with the app itself and the customer service. They are very attentive, so if you ever have any issues, just reach out and they'll get back to you almost instantly! The platform is simple to use and I love all the variety of options I can use to import reviews and customize reviews!
Great app! the visualization of the reviews are phenomenal. Parker Helped me a lot to figure everything out. He was extra helpful on everything.
