It's extremely user-friendly, with a wide range of practical and useful features, many of which can be finely customized to perfectly match my stores, creating a harmonious experience. I must give it a five-star rating. Customer service provided by Anne and technical support from Emily are both exceptionally professional and enthusiastic. I have multiple stores using this app, and Emily took the initiative to provide me with a permanent discount code, showing genuine sincerity. This aspect makes me very happy.

I tried to set up Google Shopping product ratings through the LAI app, but I'm not very skilled in this area. So, I attempted to contact customer service. I couldn't even articulate my problem very well, but surprisingly, they all understood and promptly helped me resolve the issue. So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..
