I searched through about 20 review apps, and LAI have the best aesthetics for their reviews. They are also super responsive with any questions I have, and have adjusted things for me. Better than loox, judge, etc. for the same price or cheaper. Had my first interaction with their support and they gave me a feature from a higher paid plan for free as a gift before I could even begin to complain. Top notch!!!

As a replacement for the Shopify Product Rating app, I tested 8 different other rating apps. LAI narrowly won the race ahead of Loox. Both apps are easy to use, are fast in the frontend and allow many options. In the end, I opted for LAI because the performance is fully convincing and the price is completely fair. In contrast to Loox, which is four times the price!
